NAPA is the permanent home for the development of talent in the performing arts in Trinidad and Tobago, with particular focus on our national instrument, the steel pan. The design is reminiscent of the national flower, the Chaconia. At its highest point, the grand, modern building rises up to 100 feet enhancing the state-of-the-art acoustics and offering an inspirational setting for the enjoyment of the performance arts.
