These steps off Belmont Circular Road lead to the paved road on the ridge of Leon Hill, Belmont, Trinidad. Belmont is the oldest suburb of the capital city of Port of Spain. It is a maze of winding narrow streets creeping up valleys and the slopes of the hills east of the city.
Leon is the hill that separates Belmont Valley from St Francois Valley. The road on the Ridge is paved where it starts at St Francois Valley Road and ends at these steps on Belmont Circular Road
