A perfect day at Maracas Beach, North Coast Trinidad:
Maracas Bay is located on the north coast of the island of Trinidad, an hour’s drive from the Capital City of Port-of-Spain, via the North Coast Road. The beach is protected by a deep bay. It is considered to be the most beautiful beach on the island and is famous for vendors selling Bake and Shark, a Trinidadian native dish that consists of deep-fried shark in bake (a fried flat bread). Full changing facilities are available and life guards are on duty daily.
