River Estate Museum, Diego Martin, Trinidad: Located just opposite the historical Waterwheel along the River Estate, Diego Martin is the River Estate Museum that is named after the river that flows through the valley. The estate was once inhabited by the native Amerindians, then the freed slaves from Sierra Leon and Congo. Though it was once used to store sugar and cocoa during the years of sugar and cocoa production dating around the mid-1800’s, today the gallery includes artefacts that were used and mere history of Diego Martin’s parish, agriculture and cocoa production history. # #superhubs_visual #planetdivine #thevisualcollective #wlolife #dehazeco #sourcedadventures #naturehappy #worlds_eyes #photographersdiscovery #earthisunique #perfectdayskyline #earthEscope @hq.reposts @earthescope #igerstrinidad #trinidadtourism #lovetrinidad #trinidad #igerstrinidad #trinidadtourism #lovetrinidad #visittrinidad #igtrinidadtobago #igcaribbean #trinidad #tobago #trinidadandtobago #diegomartin #riverestate #estatehouse #waterwheel #historicalbuilding #historicbuilding A post shared by Juana Rafaela Clarke, © 🇹🇹🇺🇸CT (@juanarafaelaphoto) on Aug 6, 2018 at 8:09pm PDT
